Now in its sixth year, the 2010 Scrip Awards will once again recognise the essential but often underappreciated contribution of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries to the improvement of healthcare worldwide. But this year, they will be bigger than ever as we are incorporating three new awards to recognise the increasingly important role of outsourced research to the industry.

In celebration of the launch of Scrip's sister publication dedicated to the outsourced clinical research industry, Scrip Clinical Research, this year's awards will include these new categories: Outsourcing Deal of the Year, Clinical Research Team of the Year and Best Technological Development in Clinical Trials. Together with the 12 traditional Scrip Awards categories, they will mean that everyone involved in the complex task of bringing new drugs to market will get a chance to shine.

The Scrip Awards provides an opportunity to showcase the very best in your business, honour the nominees and winners, and take pride in the valuable work you do.
