Abbott Laboratories has filed a complaint in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts claiming that Centocor's ( Johnson & Johnson) biological psoriasis candidate, Stelara (ustekinumab), is produced using anti-IL-12 antibody technology developed by Abbott and protected by US patents.
