Actavis sells distribution subsidiary in Bulgaria

Actavis has sold Higia, its distribution subsidiary in Bulgaria, to a local private investor for an undisclosed sum. Higia is one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in the country and was bought by Actavis bought in 2005.

Actavis said the decision was in line with its business review...
