Biovitrum is to merge with the speciality company Swedish Orphan to form a new company called Swedish Orphan Biovitrum.
As part of the merger, Biovitrum will pay SEK3.5 billion ($496 million) upfront, which is to be financed by a fully guaranteed rights issue, an issue in kind and bank financing....
