Isolagen is filing a voluntary petition for reorganisation under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in a bid to protect it from bankruptcy.
Last month Isolagen raised just over $500,000 in bridge financing to enable it to seek debtor-in-possession financing so it could continue...
