Lupin has settled all ongoing litigation with Forest Laboratories concerning memantine tablets, Lupin's generic version of Forest's Alzheimer's disease treatment, Namenda tablets.
Under the settlement terms, Lupin will be licensed under the relevant patents and can launch its generic version...
