Shares in Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma (DSP) closed down by around 6% in Tokyo on September 4th, the first trading day after the Japanese firm announced its planned $2.6 billion acquisition of Sepracor.
Investors were apparently concerned over the cost of the deal for a company of DSP's modest...
