Novo Nordisk's first-half was boosted by a 41% increase in sales in North America, with the region contributing half of the Danish company's total sales growth.
Total sales were up by 17% to DKK25.5 billion ($4.92 billion), while net profit increased by 22% to DKK5.7 billion.
