A US appeals court has ordered the suspension of FDA approval of generic versions of Sanofi-Aventis's injectable chemotherapy medication, Eloxatin (oxaliplatin) 50mg/10ml and 100mg/20ml.
This provides Sanofi-Aventis additional time to fight an outstanding appeal on a patent issue. Hospira...
