Vernalis pays $33 million to regain frovatriptan royalty rights

Vernalis has regained full rights to the royalties on its only marketed product, the migraine treatment frovatriptan. It made a one-off net cash payment of $32.57 million to Paul Capital Healthcare (PCH), which acquired 2.1 million warrants over Vernalis shares.
