Gloucester Pharmaceuticals has secured its first drug approval, in the US, for its histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor Istodax (romidepsin), for the treatment of a rare cancer, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), in patients who have received at least one prior systemic therapy.
