Bucking the recommendations of its outside advisors and European experts, the US
FDA has decided to keep propoxyphene-containing medicines (such as
Xanodyne's Darvon, Darvocet and generics) on the market. However, the agency ordered stronger label warnings, a medication guide and new safety studies...
