US Supreme Court agrees to consider scope of pre-emption of childhood vaccine injury law

The US Supreme Court said in a one-sentence order on March 8th that it has granted review to the plaintiffs in a case known as
Bruesewitz v Wyeth, a test of the scope of the pre-emption provision of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
