Watson Pharmaceuticals has scored a win from a US federal court, which ruled that Watson's generic version of the attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder treatment Concerta (methylphenidate HCl extended-release tablets) would not infringe a patent claimed by two Johnson & Johnson units.
