Asacol and Symbicort recommended for approval in Japan

An advisory council in Japan has recommended the approval of a batch of products including Zeria's Asacol (mesalazine) for inflammatory bowel disease and AstraZeneca's Symbicort (budesonide plus formoterol) for bronchial asthma.
