Mpex Pharmaceuticals' lead product, Aeroquin, a proprietary formulation of the quinolone antibiotic levofloxacin delivered using PARI Pharma's nebuliser, has met its primary endpoint in a Phase IIb clinical trial in 151 cystic fibrosis patients.
