Novartis's IL-1β antagonist Ilaris (canakinumab) for adults and children who have the rare auto-inflammatory disease cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome (CAPS). This marks the first-ever approval for Ilaris, an antibody therapy that is also under regulatory review...
